  Athens Metro Mall is now powered by energy generated from the sun through the new photovoltaic park.

  The annual energy production is equivalent to planting approximately 96,000 trees—effectively creating an entire forest every year.
• Vehicle emissions:
  Emissions equivalent to those produced by approximately 460 cars driving on the streets of Athens for a full year are avoided.
• Household electricity supply:
  The energy generated could cover the annual electricity needs of more than 1,100 households.
